Videoconferencing

Our videoconferencing service for inmates’ relatives can provide the opportunity to interact face-to-face while saving them the inconvenience of having to travel the distance to the prison. This service is only suitable for inmates’ spouses, blood relatives, 3rd-degree blood relatives, and 2nd-degree relatives by marriage. The service is provided from 14:00 pm to 16:30 pm, from Monday to Friday, and applicants can apply for half an hour per call.
